Refund & Returns Policy

1. We accept cancellation of orders before order is shipped or produced (handmade costumes),  if the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be sent to your account. Please understand if the order has been shipped or produced (handmade costumes), we cannot accept cancellation of orders.

2. Buyers can apply return product within 7 days after package arrived (except handmade costumes). 

Please note these policys:

🎀Due to health regulations, all sales are final on suit which have panty or stocking included, bodysuit product, panty product, stocking product, and all handmade costumes.

🎀the returned products must be unused, if they have any traces of being worn or damaged, which affects their second sale, the refund apply will not be accepted. 

🎀we are not responsible for return shipping fee unless the error is in our (the product is damaged or wrong style). The specific shipping fee should be based on the express company you choose.

🎀once the returned pacakge is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-5 days. If refund apply is approved, the refund will be processed.
